Lucienne joined Mesibriz with zero hospitality experience—but with the right training and support, she’s now a respected team leader at a well-known resort in Orlando. ### How It Started Lucienne moved to Florida determined to work, but unsure where to begin. She applied with Mesibriz, and within days, she was enrolled in our job readiness and workplace English program. --- ### The Support That Made a Difference Lucienne received soft skills coaching, on-the-job training, and bilingual support in Haitian Creole.
