Every associate has a story. Lucienne joined Mesibriz with zero hospitality experience—but with the right training and support, she’s now a respected team leader at a well-known resort in Orlando.

How It Started

Lucienne moved to Florida determined to work, but unsure where to begin. She applied with Mesibriz, and within days, she was enrolled in our job readiness and workplace English program.

The Support That Made a Difference

Lucienne received soft skills coaching, on-the-job training, and bilingual support in Haitian Creole. "They didn’t just place me—they believed in me," she says.

Where She Is Now

Today, Lucienne leads a team of 6 in housekeeping. She helps train new hires and takes pride in what she does. “It’s more than a job—it’s my purpose,” she says.
