Who handles payroll and taxes for temp associates?
Mesibriz does. We manage payroll, tax withholding, workers’ compensation, and liability coverage for all temp placements.
Are your associates insured?
Yes. We carry full workers’ compensation, general liability, and employer liability coverage for our assigned staff.
Are your workers authorized to work in the U.S.?
Yes. Every associate we place has passed I-9 verification and is legally authorized to work in the U.S.
What about background checks or drug screening?
Background checks are available upon request. Let us know your company’s screening requirements, and we’ll build it into your staffing plan.
How does your pricing work?
For temporary staffing, our rates are competitive and based on job type, shift, and volume.
For direct hire, we charge a one-time placement fee, with service guarantees included.
Do you offer service guarantees?
Yes. All direct hire placements come with a 30–90 day service guarantee. If it’s not a fit, we’ll replace the candidate—free of charge.
